What data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message, solely in order to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, manage any business relationship arising from it.

We will only send you marketing communications if you give us your express consent.

Job applications

If you apply for a position through our Careers page, we process your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message and the CV you attach for the sole purpose of managing your participation in that recruitment process. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit your application. Your CV reaches us by email and is not stored on the website’s server. We will keep your application for the duration of the process and delete it when it ends, unless you tick the box asking us to keep it for future processes, in which case we will keep it for no longer than one year.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and then for the periods required by law, after which it is securely deleted.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email providers may access it, under the data processing agreements required by law.

Your rights

You may withdraw your consent at any time and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection by writing to info@medixxi.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
