SIDEINFO through the years
From the Santa Marina estate in 2006 to the cannons of El Saler: the story of our patented wildfire defence system.
Media around the world have covered the cannons in El Saler Natural Park, which moisten the ground to protect this green lung of Valencia. It is a good moment to look back at SIDEINFO, a technology developed and patented in Spain by our team.
- 2006 · First major project at the Santa Marina estate, which helped protect homes during the June 2016 fire.
- 2012 · The El Vedat de Torrent system wins the United Nations Best Practice award in Dubai.
- 2019 · The installation at the Parador de Cruz de Tejeda (Gran Canaria) proves its worth during the wildfire.
- GUARDIAN · With EU funding, SIDEINFO towers are supplied with reclaimed water.
- El Saler · A setting with homes very close to the forest and a single access road, where prevention was critical.
